List of Five (or six)

Just some random fun thrown in. I came across this blog.

It just seemed fun and once each week, will lighten the "mood" of a weight loss blog. So, why not? The point is to get people talking and posting in their own blogs. So, feel free to take this to your own or respond about my list/questions/answers each week.

This week is, the top 5 people you could and would "boink" even while in a relationship. Yes, most couples have these lists. Dan and I do. lol

1. Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Hot! Hot! Hot! Ever notice that he always play the slightly psychotic mentally deranged secretly sensitive guy with lots of inner problems? Not to mention, his characters are the aggressive yet sweet type. That's hot. He must pick them for a reason. *wink* Manic was a great indie movie that makes you just want to tie him up and have your way with him. lol Check out Mysterious Skins and Brick as well among others.

2. Scott Michael Foster. OoOo he's adorable and funny and has that boyish geeky charm.

3. Ben Barnes. This boy has a smile that could light up...well, just about anything. He's bangin' in my book.

4. Cillian Murphy. Sooooooo cute in that scrawny, wimpy, geeky way. Who could really deny those beautiful baby blues? That sexy Irish accent makes him pretty irresistable to me.

5. Louis Garrel. Amazing actor! Seriously! I know, you've probably never heard of him, right? Go rent The Dreamers. Actually, just buy it. He's French and is pretty much the top young actor in France. Just amazingly gorgeous.

And I couldn't have just 5. Instead I have 6.

6. Taylor Kitsch. Canadian hotness. The personal trainer turned actor has abs o' steel too.

September Inspiration

Instead of calling them "goals" - such a despairing word - I will be calling them "inspiration". Because that really is true enough. Putting them down inspires you to do them. Then, when you complete what you wrote it inspires you to keep going and even motivates.

We are already almost 5 days into the month but better late than never. I still have the whole month for my "inspirations". 25 days is plenty of time.

1. Jog 2 days each week.
2. Make healthy eating choices.
3. Lose 6 lbs.

Simple. Attainable. Completely within my reach.

Do you make monthly "inspirations"? Quarterly? Yearly? Short term? Long term? Or non-time specific? Not at all? If you do, what do you have on your list currently?
